Seakwa Jonas Mochebane, operating under the alias PREASX24, is the CEO and Founder of THE D-TECH ECOSYSTEM (Pty) Ltd, a registered Tech and Digital Innovation Company based in South Africa.
Guided by the philosophy of "Technology With Purpose," Jonas specializes in building practical, accessible, and meaningful digital systems designed to solve real-world problems. His journey began in 2018 with early utilities for students, leading to the formal establishment of D-TECH in 2020, and ultimately its registration as an enterprise.
Jonas is an expert in resource-efficient engineering—leveraging serverless Edge computing (Cloudflare Workers), WebRTC Peer-to-Peer systems, and native Android integrations to create scalable, enterprise-grade software that remains affordable and highly accessible. By creatively combining open tools and structured design principles, he ensures that digital innovation remains open, inclusive, and built for long-term sustainability.
